Cancellation Policy:Once the order is placed, you can only cancel the order within 12 hours (from the time of order booking confirmation by us) by sending a cancellation request to our email at info@introvertpairs.com or contacting our team through WhatsApp. Once the order is dispatched, you cannot cancel the order. Please refer to our refund policy for further details.Refund Policy:

We have a strict no-refund policy. Goods once sold are not refunded under any circumstances.

Exchange Policy:

You can raise a request for the exchange of size only for the same design or model by providing a recorded video showing the product’s condition, stating it is in the original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition as received from us. Please send the email to info@introvertpairs.com within 24 hours of shipment delivery. Our team at Introvertpairs.com has full authority to evaluate the decision of the exchange based on the recorded video evidence provided by you. You will receive a confirmation email stating the result, whether your request is accepted or rejected. If your exchange request is accepted, you will need to send the product to our address at your own courier expense. We are not responsible for any courier expenses throughout the exchange process.
